On the first Satuday of February, the Central Oregon Shriners host a Crab Feed in Bend to help raise funds for the Shrine Club. We have been operating in Central Oregon for over 90 years, and are devoted to helping local children with orthopedic issues, cleft palate and lip, and burns, find the medical help they need. $10,000 of the funds generated from this Crab Feed will be allocated to providing food for Shriners patients at Shriners Children’s Hospital in Portland.
Each year, over 500 children from Central Oregon recieve life altering care through Shriners Children’s in Portland. One of the most common orthopedic issues is scoliosis, or curvature of the spine. Many children go undiagnosed for several years and then require surgical intervention. Shirners Childrten’s provides all care, regardless of the family’s ability to pay.
Your generosity will allow us to help more children in Central Oregon get them the care and teatemnt they need.

About the Crab Feed
You pay one price for the entire evening, including the meal and beverages. The meal includes:
-Fresh dungeness crab, delivered the day of the event (you will find no fresher crab in Central Oregon)
-Rotisserie chicken with BBQ sauce
-Baked Beans
-Colesalw
-Warm Garlic Bread
We also offer Shrimp Cocktails and Oyster Shooters for the brave at heart!
Auctions
During the evening we offer three diffenet auctions: Dessert, Oral and Silent.
The Dessert auction offers everal different entrys that you can have after your dinner. These have include in the past, homemade pies, cinnamon rolls, bundt cakes and others. The oral auction features some pretty amazing prizes including several get-a-way trips, Central Oregon Golf retreats, private chef dinners and others. in 2026 we had 28 silent auction baskets. These baskets included wine, Do It Youself, Golf, Resturaunts, The Eastman Hotel, Trader Joes, Market of Chice and many many more.
